Farizon ownership is supported by a network of authorised service and repair centres located at all Farizon retailers. Contact your nearest retailer for all service and repair needs. Roadside assistance is available for up to 5 years with annual servicing.

The high-voltage battery pack is warranted against defects and against state-of-health falling below 70% within 8 years or 200,000km, whichever comes first.
